I’ve had three dreams of nuclear war, all in 2019.
There was a city in the desert, kind of like Las Vegas. A nuclear war had happened, and it was obvious that it had been all out war, not just one bomb. I saw a bed sitting outside in the middle of nowhere. There were people, like survivors. They acted frightened, and they were cramming themselves underneath the bed, like they were hiding from something. There was only a little bit of room left under the front corner of the bed, and a man was desperately trying to squeeze himself under the corner. After this, I saw robotic drones flying around. This may have been what the people were hiding from. Then I saw a group of robots, like a squad of AI-robot soldiers. Oddly, the robot soldiers were nice, or at least they acted nice. One of them went up to the man who was trying to stuff himself under the corner of the bed. The robot soldier had an apple. It handed the apple to the man underneath the corner of the bed.
The man reached out his hand to take the apple. The apple wasn’t rotten, but it looked a little scuffed up, like it had been used more than once.
These AI robot soldiers were using food to coax people out of hiding, and the reason they were here is because of the radiation. But I had a sense there was something like a ruling authority over these AI robots, like a new, ruling government had sent them in. I didn’t see who this government was, I just had the sense it was there. I interpreted the hiding under the bed as extreme fear. The part of the dream about the man who was trying to squeeze himself under the corner of the bed stood out to me. A few days later I came across this scripture:
This is what the LORD says: “As the shepherd snatches from the mouth of the lion two legs or a piece of an ear, so the Israelites dwelling in Samaria will be rescued having just the corner of a bed or the cushion of a couch. (Amos 3:12)
This scripture represents Christian persecution in the time of the antichrist. So, according to this prophecy, there won’t be much of a body of Christ left in the time of great tribulation. Jesus Christ represents the shepherd in the scripture, who will appear during a time of great tribulation and rescue we who are alive who remain from the mouth of the lion, who represents Satan.
In the next dream, I was just lying there, looking up. All of a sudden there was a huge, bright flash in the sky. I thought, “Well, that’s it. I’m dead.” So, I just laid there waiting for the shockwave to hit and kill me, but nothing happened. All of a sudden, I was looking over a huge city. Everything was quiet and kind of eerie. I saw a nuclear explosion happen out of nowhere. There was no sound, and it seemed like it was happening in slow motion. Then I saw a second nuclear explosion happen in a different part of the city. I thought it was odd there were two nuclear explosions because I always thought one nuclear weapon would be enough to destroy a city.
Later, I thought these might’ve been tactical nuclear weapons, which could be used to minimize damage and radiation for an ensuing invasion. Sometime later, I was researching Damascus to see how much of the city had been destroyed during the past several years of war, and I came across the following photograph. I’m not saying this is the city I saw in my dream, but it looked enough like it for me to take notice:
An EMP strike might happen over a certain country and be followed by nuclear strikes on various cities. I don’t know what country for sure, but it could be against the United States from a country like Russia or China, or both. It could even be a one-off EMP luck shot from a country like North Korea. Its last such test and sixth overall was in September 2017, when it claimed to have detonated a thermonuclear bomb designed for its ICBMs. North Korea’s seventh test could be the real thing. But nuclear war could begin with any country that has nuclear weapons, such as India or China.
In the final dream, I was standing in open country. In the distance, I saw nuclear explosions in every direction. Overhead, the sky was thick with clouds. Through the clouds I could see lights of what I thought were fighter aircraft chasing each other like in a dogfight, but extremely fast, faster than what would seem normal. They were doing maneuvers that seemed impossible. I could see light from explosions behind the clouds, and because of the explosions happening all around, I hit the ground and covered myself with something like a blanket. I started crawling in one direction, then I would turn and crawl in another direction, then another, then another, and then I realized there’s nowhere to crawl to.
When nuclear war comes, there’ll be nowhere to turn. But there’s a way to be saved, no matter how we die here, and that is through Jesus Christ. We can only receive God’s promise of eternal life and avoid the terrible fate of eternal judgment through Christ. So, in these dangerous times, let’s accept Jesus Christ as Lord and obey God’s commandments. Let’s do the right thing in life and receive the crown of eternal joy from God our savior through Jesus Christ our Lord.
