Recep Erdoğan—The Antichrist Spirit

Children, it is the last hour; and just as you have heard that the antichrist is coming, so now many antichrists have appeared. This is how we know it is the last hour. —1 John 2:18

At the appointed time of the end, the antichrist will come.

Then I watched as the Lamb opened one of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four living creatures say in a thunderous voice, “Come!” (Revelation 6:1)

The antichrist will have the blackest heart of anyone who has ever lived. The world will unite under him in a new world order. There are types and shadows of the antichrist throughout the Bible, but who will be the beast, the man Satan possesses in the final seven years?

The name Recep Erdoğan equals 666 in English Gematria, 111 in Simple Gematria, and 340 in Jewish Gematria. It’s common for a name or phrase to equal 666/340, and many names and phrases equal 666 in English Gematria and 111 in Simple Gematria, such as Santa Claus and Billie Eilish. With that said,

Although certain as to the number of the name of Antichrist (666), yet we should come to no rash conclusions as to the name itself, because this number is capable of being fitted to many names. Reasons for this point being reserved by the Holy Spirit. Antichrist’s reign and death. —Irenaeus, Against Heresies (Book V, Chapter 30)

The number of the beast is the number of a man, and during the reign of the antichrist, people won’t be allowed to buy anything, including food, unless they take the mark of the beast:

17 so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark—the name of the beast or the number of its name. 18 Here is a call for wisdom: Let the one who has insight calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man, and that number is 666. (Revelation 13:17-18)

If anyone takes the mark of the beast, it means eternal torment in hell. It will be better to call on Jesus Christ and starve to death or be killed. It’ll be better to die in Christ rather than choose life with the beast.

Much has been written about Erdogan’s attempts to “resurrect” the Ottoman Empire or to style himself a sultan. There is truth here. But to understand Erdogan’s political agenda and horizon we must be specific about which Ottoman sultan Erdogan strives to be. Adolf Hitler is an excellent type and shadow of the antichrist. He was seen as the savior of Germany and was Time Magazine’s Man of the Year in 1938:

As Hitler tried to exterminate the Jews, so the antichrist will try to exterminate Christians. As Hitler was seen as the savior of Germany, so the antichrist will be seen as the savior of the world.

Many in Islam will align with the antichrist (the Dajjal) when he comes to invade Israel. This is because they hate Israel, Jews, and Christians like Satan does. But they’ll be thrown into hell with the Dajjal (the antichrist) because they will let themselves be deceived into believing that the Dajjal is the Mahdi.

In the following update from October 3, 2020, Recep Erdoğan says, “Jerusalem is our city”:

Currently, Jerusalem is still being trampled on by the Gentiles.

Christian persecution and the hatred of Jews is ongoing and increasing. As it went for the Jews, so it will go for Christians in the end times:

As I watched, this horn was waging war against the saints and prevailing against them, (Daniel 7:21)

In Revelation 13, one of the seven heads of the dragon suffers a mortal head wound but lives.

Some believe this wounded head represents the Ottoman Empire’s return to life, and this is possible. But this mortal head wound can also represent the antichrist, the beast, becoming the image of the beast by being connected to AI after a devastating head wound.

But if Recep Erdoğan is not the antichrist, he certainly has an antichrist spirit and is just one of many antichrists. Let’s read the following excerpt in regard to Recep Erdogan’s attitude toward Israel:

Turkey and Iran might use a strategy against Israel using Hezbollah. They could use thousands of rockets to deplete Israel’s Iron Dome defense and then attack with their own missiles. This could be followed by a land invasion by an enormous horde. The invasion of Israel will happen (see Ezekiel 38), and it’s going to be bad for Israel.

Then the LORD will go out to fight against those nations, as He fights in the day of battle. (Zechariah 14:3)

It’s not too late to receive God’s promise of eternal life and avoid the fate of eternal destruction. In these last days, let’s accept Jesus Christ as Lord and savior and turn from evil and do good. Let’s obey God’s commandments and continue to do our best in this life. Let’s keep the faith no matter how we meet our end in this dying world.

For the Lord will carry out his sentence upon the earth fully and without delay. (Romans 9:28)
